2. Using the Site

4. Quotes, Pricing & Engagements

-Information on the Site (including “Hire Us,” rates, and examples) is informational and not a binding offer.

-Actual work begins only after both sides agree in writing (e.g., Master Services Agreement / Statement of Work / Proposal). Those documents govern pricing, scope, deliverables, IP ownership in project work, timelines, and support.

-Hourly rates and sample scopes shown on the Site are indicative and may change after scoping.

5. Portfolio, Case Mentions & Logos

-We may reference client names, marks, screenshots, or project outcomes as portfolio examples, with permission or as allowed by contract.

-If you are a client and wish to restrict portfolio use, tell us during contracting so we can reflect it in the agreement.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Use them at your own risk.

8. Acceptable Use (examples)

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R22 and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill; or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Site.Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed €100 (one hundred euros). Different limits may apply in a signed services agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R22 from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes, Suspension & Termination

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Site or other users.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Courts located in Burgas, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

14. International Use

We operate from Bulgaria with team members and providers in various countries. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the Site, including any applicable export or sanctions rules.

15. Miscellaneous

- Entire agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement for Site use and do not replace any services agreement we sign with you.
- Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
-Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, merger, or sale.
-Headings: For convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
